On 1 September 2025, Evertrace detected a stealth signal for Adrien Leblanc. Adrien was in stealth, working on something new. That was 414 days before Bageera's funding announcement.
Adrien Leblanc founded Bageera in October 2025 with Maxime Prieto and Maxime Privat Thierry.
What they’re building
Maintenance of heating, ventilation and electrical equipment is done mostly by small and medium-sized companies. Bageera brings these companies together and gives them its own software and AI agents.
Its platform, Rudyard, brings equipment data, site tracking, planning and maintenance into one place. Alongside the round, Bageera took a majority stake in CSM Groupe, a company of about 100 people based in Pierrelatte.
The round
Varsity led the €10m round, with Eurazeo, Frst and Banyan Ventures. Bageera will use the funding for its stake in CSM Groupe, to develop the existing business, to make more acquisitions and to roll out its AI tools.
