Evertrace first spotted co-founder Danyal Özdüzenciler in April 2024, when he was in stealth, working on something new. We picked up a stealth signal for co-founder Callum Downie on the same day.
Those signals came 788 days before Capsa's Series A announcement on 9 June 2026. By August 2024, later signals of company formation identified both founders with Capsa AI.
What they're building
Investment teams build up years of deal memos, conversations and decisions. Much of that knowledge is difficult to find or reuse when a new opportunity arrives.
Capsa brings it together so teams can draw on previous work, connect information across their firm and spend less time starting from scratch on each deal.
The round
The funding will support global expansion, growth of the London and New York teams and further product development. Alongside the co-leads, investors include Bek Ventures, Outward VC, Antler, Cornerstone VC and angel investors.
