On 12 January 2026, Evertrace detected the first signal of company formation for Dmitry Kharchenko. That was 284 days before Cygrid's funding announcement.
Dmitry Kharchenko founded Cygrid in Berlin in January 2026 with Dekel Paz.
What they’re building
Companies now give access to people, service accounts and AI agents, and it is hard to see who can do what. Cygrid continuously checks each action that a human, non-human or AI-agent identity takes, and blocks or narrows risky actions in real time.
It maps all identities into one graph that connects their permissions, their actual behaviour and on whose behalf they act.
The round
Atlantic led the €2.66m pre-seed round, with D11Z. Ventures and angel investors including Boris Gorin, Andreas Bermig and Vlad Tropko. Cygrid will use the funding to expand its enforcement capabilities, grow the team and scale its go-to-market across Europe.
