Evertrace acquires Seedpoint
We’re excited to share that Evertrace has acquired Seedpoint, a Danish startup building technology to identify emerging founders at the earliest possible stage.
The news was recently covered by ArcticStartup in their article “Two deals in two weeks: Evertrace acquires Seedpoint.”
This marks another step in our mission to build the leading detection platform for venture investors.
Why Seedpoint
Seedpoint was founded by Aske Erland Christensen and Nathaniel Stummann with a clear ambition: identify new founders earlier than anyone else.
To achieve this, they built a strong technical infrastructure focused on founder detection and data pipelines designed for early-stage investor intelligence.
For us, this fit perfectly with what we are building at Evertrace.
Evertrace aggregates signals across multiple sources to help investors detect emerging founders and startups earlier and with greater precision.
Seedpoint’s technology adds another powerful layer to that system.
The technology has now been fully integrated into Evertrace, strengthening our ability to surface new founders at the moment they start building.
We also want to thank Nathaniel and Aske for building a great product and for the work they put into Seedpoint. Their technology and ideas helped push the frontier of early founder detection, and we’re excited to carry that work forward as part of Evertrace.
