Evertrace first detected a signal of company formation for co-founder Benji Weber in September 2025. Weber had previously held engineering leadership roles at Snyk and Mindgard. At Geordie, he was building alongside Henry Comfort and Hanah Darley to address security and governance for AI agents.
What they're building
As AI agents gain access to business systems, security teams need to know what those agents can reach and what actions they are taking. An inventory alone does not explain how they behave.
Geordie combines agent discovery with visibility into permissions, behaviour and risk. Its Beam remediation tools help teams guide agents away from risky actions while keeping them useful in day-to-day operations.
The round
Balderton Capital led the $30 million Series A, joined by Crosspoint Capital and existing investors General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures. The funding will expand product capabilities, engineering and go-to-market teams, with a focus on the US.
