Evertrace first detected a signal of company formation for co-founder Leo Acciarri in September 2025. Acciarri was building Gyver with Francesco Defendi and Mattia Zarrelli. He had previously co-founded solar-installation business Parc, giving the team direct experience of the shortage of skilled workers.
What they're building
Electricians often find work through referrals and informal conversations. Employers, meanwhile, need a way to reach qualified people and understand what they are looking for.
Gyver uses conversational AI to connect workers with opportunities based on their preferences. Its plans extend beyond recruitment into skills development and tools that support people throughout their working lives.
The round
Brighteye led the €1.4 million pre-seed, joined by āltitude, Vento Ventures, Zanichelli Venture, Antler and angels. The funding supports development of Gyver's AI agents and workflow tools, as well as growth for the platform.
