What they’re building
Rental operators handle a constant stream of enquiries, repairs and payments. Lette's AI agents automate enquiries, leasing, resident support, maintenance, arrears and compliance, alongside existing property management software.
Residents get help around the clock by app, email, WhatsApp, SMS and voice. Lette serves build-to-rent, private rented, student and single-family housing.
The round
Peak led the $6.5m seed round, with Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive, Adeline and angel investor Des Traynor. Lette will use the funding to expand its operations in the UK and prepare a European expansion.
