What they’re building
Mindmax is an AI-powered learning platform. Its first product is an AI tutor for professional exam preparation and upskilling.
Learners hold real-time conversations with the tutor. They can interrupt an explanation at any point and get visual explanations that adapt to what they already know and what they want to achieve.
The round
Concept Ventures led the £2.5m round, with Redrice Ventures, Daybreak Ventures and Lerer Hippeau. Angel investors Maria Raga and Torsten Reil also joined. Mindmax will use the funding to develop its personalised AI tutoring and its AI models.
