Evertrace first detected a signal of company formation for co-founder Nacho Travesí in June 2025. Travesí had previously co-founded employee-benefits company Cobee. At Orbio, he was building alongside Sergi Bastardas and Antonio Melé, combining experience in commercial software, workforce operations and financial technology.
What they're building
Hiring for frontline roles often means coordinating candidates across phone calls, messages and spreadsheets. The work continues after an offer, through onboarding, employee support and retention.
Orbio builds AI agents that carry out those workflows across the employee lifecycle. The platform helps employers stay in contact with candidates and workers while handling repetitive coordination tasks.
The round
Dawn Capital led the $21 million Series A, with participation from Visionaries VC, Plus Partners and Enzo Ventures. Orbio plans to expand internationally and develop its ecosystem of agents for more stages of the employee lifecycle.
