What they’re building
Accounting firms usually grow by hiring more people. Ravical turns the methods of a firm's experienced professionals into standard workflows, which AI then applies across all of the firm's clients.
The company says more than 100 European accounting firms already use the platform.
The round
MMC Ventures led the $17m seed round, with Lakestar, Pitchdrive and Shapers. Ravical will use the funding for product development and team growth, and to expand in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany before other European markets and the US.
