What they’re building
Roleo's AI career agent watches the European tech job market for its users. It learns their experience, goals and preferences over time.
When the agent finds a good match, it can connect the user directly with a hiring manager, without a formal application. Employers can reach people who are not actively looking for a new job.
The round
Practica Capital led the €2.9m round, with Inventure, Lemonade Stand and angel investors including Markus Villig and Sergei Anikin. Roleo will use the funding to improve its career agent, move from job matching into longer-term career development and start its expansion across Europe.
