On 2 April 2025, Evertrace detected a stealth signal for Calum Brannan. Calum was in stealth, working on something new. That was 581 days before Supa's funding announcement.
Calum Brannan previously founded and ran the proptech company Howsy.
What they’re building
Supa acquires established local block management firms and keeps their names. It then uses its own software to automate the admin behind each building.
That includes repair scheduling, service charge reconciliation, safety compliance records and contractor coordination. Supa says this can cut managers' admin time by up to 90 per cent.
The round
2150 and OpenOcean co-led the £21m seed round, with KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT. The funding includes a debt facility from a UK lender. Supa will use it for more acquisitions of local block management firms and to develop its AI platform.
