On 6 August 2026, Evertrace detected a stealth signal for Kasper Janehag. Kasper was in stealth, working on something new. That was 74 days before Vessla's funding announcement.
Kasper Janehag founded Vessla with Orman Gazvini earlier this year.
What they’re building
Property owners and managers work across many separate systems. Vessla's AI agents retrieve information, apply an organisation's own operating rules and carry out workflows across the connected software, while people keep oversight of the decisions.
The company already works with some of the largest property owners and operators in the Nordics.
The round
Seedcamp led the $3.3m pre-seed round, with Inception Fund, Tiny VC and angel investors including operators from Lovable and OpenAI. Vessla will use the funding to develop its agentic operating system, with the longer-term goal of connecting leasing, building operations and investment planning across entire property portfolios.
